Here's how you can get support:

  1. Locate the chat in bottom right corner of your screen:

  2. Select the answer that fits best.

  3. Our bot will respond to your initial question.

  4. If the answer is helpful, click "That helped 👍".

  5. If you need more help, continue asking the bot questions.

  6. If the bot's response doesn’t fully answer your question, click the "Talk to a person" button below the bot's most recent reply.

  7. Enter your contact details, and we'll connect you with the appropriate team who will follow up via email.

What to Expect:

If you opt to talk to a person, our team will get back to you via email as soon as they can. We’re dedicated to making your experience as seamless as possible and look forward to getting you back on track!

For Network Hosts on a 14-Day Free Trial or on the Community Plan and above, simply log in to your Mighty Networks account and click the 'Need Help?' button in the bottom right corner to initiate a direct chat with our Customer Advocacy team.
