If you want to duplicate an already existing Plan, go to the three-dot menu for the Plan under Network Settings > Plans and Payments > Plans and select the option to Duplicate Plan:

You will be able to edit all the details of the Plan including price, name, interval (monthly, annual, etc...) details, and much more!
