Can I Add My Own Custom Terms of Use to My Mighty Network?
Updated over a week ago

Hosts may add their own Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines as an additional policy for members to agree to when they create accounts.

To add your own policy, send a note via the Need Help button in your Mighty Network or send an email to help@mightynetworks.com with the URL link to your additional guidelines. We'll get it added within 24 hours.

You can customize the name we add (ie: Modern Creator) with a maximum of 29 characters and choose between these terms to appear at the end:

  • Terms

  • Conditions

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Policies

  • Privacy Policy

Below is how it will look in the footer of your landing page where “Modern Creator” is the name of the Host’s agreement:

Members can opt-in to external mailing lists managed by you. This may include emails beyond Network activities, such as special newsletters or offers.

Note: Mighty Networks will not send marketing emails to your members. Even if a member opts out, their email address will still show on your downloadable member list for your reference. To easily see the members who've opted out, we include a column labeled "Opted out of commercial emails" in your member list. You'll see a "Yes" in this column next to the members who've chosen not to receive marketing emails.

As a Host, if you choose to opt out, you won't receive any marketing emails from Mighty Networks, ensuring you only get the content you want.
